Forgot to state in the post that the tape deck doesn't open

I sent a video of my issue below, if you can't watch it here's an explanation. camera starts up with a white screen shows what the lens sees but with a blue color along with the text "AWB Ach" in the center of the screen (flashes the text once) then starts flashing "AUTO OFF S REEL LOCK"...
