I thought, that i could attach the anamorphot at a fixed position, but it tuned out, that I'll have to move the front lens of the anamorphot according to the object distance. The Rectimascop was used for 35mm Film Projection and had a minimum distance of 8 Meters up...

    Hey guys! Would it be possible to force the sensor of the gh1 to read only 2/3rds of the sensor (center) and still create 1080p AVCHD? I have some s16 glass and the 9, 12, and 16 mm cover only about 2/3 of the sensor and the 25mm creates a slight vignetting. I know that a way to shoot would be...

    I havent seen any rates for news stringers I'm thinking i will get my new a1 and change my rates per story what do you all think would be a good rate for news footage per station per story.
