I'm looking for a wired lavalier microphone for under $50. What's a good one?

I have a outdoor video with some dialog. The video was great, but the dialog wasn't recorded properly. How do I re-record the audio and edit it to make it sound as natural to the video as possible, without having to shoot the scene all over again?
