    Broken spreader on my Manfrotto 504HD - 546B tripod

    I've broken the spreader on my 504HD - 546B tripod. It has broken the cast piece where the spreader connects to the legs Anybody had this issue and what did they do about it? I see you can buy another spreader but this seems to be a design fault more than anything else.
