Well, it finally came.......

Coffee,

I'm so very sorry to hear of your family's loss. It really puts a light on what is most important when you lose someone close to you so unexpectedly.

We're all here for you!

Warmest regards,

e

Ya know, it's really cool that we have a community where someone can start a thread about something so personal from them, and get such overwhelming and generous responces.

...I don't know of many places like we have here.

Coffee...sorry about this loss. It must be one heck of a sting. I wish I could give advice that I think would help or say something to make you feel better...but I know that you've got to let this thing do its thing. Just know that besides your close friends and family, you have an entire community (most of whom you've never even met) who have you in their thoughts.

Best-
Rick

Thank you everyone. I know it could be looked upon as strange but having this forum with you guys around all the time is comforting. I woke up this morning and felt like it was all a really bad dream but then I realized that it really happened. Still shocked...... At this point I'm trying to celebrate her life rather then morning the loss.

Again, thanks for the notes guys.

I've never lost someone that close to me, so I can't imagine the pain, but I definately feel for you coffee.

You have to go through the darkness to get to the light.

That is what I have done with the few 'young' losses I have suffered, my nephew, my sister and a close friend (many years ago, now).
I feel honoured and privilaged to have known them and learnt many things from them.

Be strong and live for her.

I'm sorry for your loss. My thoughts are with your family.

Not good news.

I've never experienced a loss of a close relative until today. My cousin passed this morning. She was my sister in life and was only 32 years young and a single mother. I'm shocked, numb to say the least but damn... What a loss. Sitting with her mom and her daughter today was one of the most heart wrenching things that I've dealt with in a long time. Of all things she died from an asthma attack.

RIP Jenna.......

Thats awful Coffee, a Friend of mine just died a month ago, she was 27, died of Cancer. I am not sure i can say i know how i feels to lose someone as close to you as she was, but afte that, i can imagine. My fullest condolences, and i will be sure to say a prayer for her.

coffee - I'm sorry for your loss. Sounds like you two were close. My cousin recently died in a motorcycle accident. He had a wife and 1 year old. Wish he and I were as close as you and your cousin. It makes the pain harder but the memories greater.
