Century Optics 0.6x Wide - Who has stock?

[Eman99]

Anybody know who might be stocking the Century Optics 0.6x Wide Angle lens for the HVX? I tried bhphoto and they are only accepting orders atm.

I think EVS has 'em.

Wide Angle 35mm Equivalent

Wide Angle 35mm Equivalent

What is the 35mm equivalent of the HVX with a Century Optics 0.6x Wide Angle Adapter?

How wide does that get you?

[Barry_Green]

I just got mine. It's pretty darn wide. Works out to about 2.5mm. Lots of barrel distortion at full wide though.

2.5mm!!! That is sweet.

I will be shooting in very tight places and want to have the option of going quite wide.

Thanks,

Kent

Barry, what is the cost of the .6? Anyone considering the crazy .3 fisheye? Century makes a great fisheye.

[Barry_Green]

I think mine was $350.
