Which Hd Lcd Would You Go For

Hello People,

Can anyone give the pro's and con's to the following 2 monitors, and if you had a budget which one would you sink your money on? The reason I've short listed the two LCD's are the size and capability of running DC. If anyone else knows of other units that are comparible then feel free to add your comments.

1. Marshall V-R171P-HD

or

2. Panasonic BT-LH1700W

and RUSH (from EVS) can you PM me to provide a cost for the above units including shipping to the UK.

Hi SS, I can't comment about the 17" Marshall, since I have never used it. However their 7" units are great. The 17" Panasonic feels like a standard to compare other LCD's to, it's sharp, fast, takes every video input, AC/DC, and has built in waveform. I have used it on shoots to great success. I have also used Jarred's Dell 2405, and an SVA 30" also to great success. I have to mention those two, for others on more of a budget.

As far as shipping, generally, most customers ask for Fedex International Priority for any purchase over $1000, so that they can get insurance on it, and have a private firm deliver it rather than regular post. For that, I would guess at approximately $100 for shipping with insurance.

BTLH1700 is out of stock and not on order currently. Hopefully we will have them back in 10 days or so.
