It's at a YMCA camp near Winter Park Colorado in the mountains. THere's a program for the siblings, stuff for the parents, and lots of free time to relax without worrying about your kid (which is a big deal when you vacation with any child, but especially a special needs kid). There's no other program like it in the country.

You said it. And it's not going away anytime soon. It's a huge money maker for the government. The damn thing was added to catch all those top 2% money makers that know how to not pay tax.
