While I appreciate your existential points, there is a clear difference between your commentary on social injustice and the direct purposeful stealing of products. By your justification it's okay for anyone to copy software and distribute it illegally, or more poignantly, it's okay to copy movies and distribute illegally. Are you okay with that as well?
I can assure you we are not CEOs earning tons of money. We all took significant pay cuts to start a company that produces products that are far more affordable than what was previously available.
If the Indian company wants to come up with their own designs, that's fine. But they aren't, and it hurts everyone including you. Stealing is not "outsmarting", it's stealing. You can't spin it any other way.

If I can pay for it I will pay for it, but if I can't I will copy it.
Look for instance at Microsoft. They are dominating the OS world with windows. They can ask you to pay any amount if you really want it.
In a country where the average salary is 200 US$ a month, you must be crazy to buy it if you can copy it. Make a product payable and most people will pay for it. Create a need for a product and put a relative high price on it and most people will copy it if they can. I live in Suriname and luckily we don't have problems with copyrights. We copy what we can copy and we buy what we can buy.
Look at the story of Bill gates. Didn't he outsmart his partners "legally".
At the end of the seventies (1979/1980) I was living in Holland and I developed a system for a Dai-computer that I called Ken-Dos. By the time I sold enough systems someone in France copy my system and was selling it.
I didn't care, because for the time I invested in the system and the money I got out of it, it was paid in full, so what the hack if someone copy it.
I didn't care because the knowledge I have is also copied. Everything you know is a copy from someone else and we are just adding knowledge to knowledge to create more knowledge. So part of what we create is society property, because we used knowledge of society to create it.
You should in fact only be paid for your labor and your materials to a certain amount.
Getting the appreciation from the users (buyers) is also valuable.
So to be realistic:
Make a good product, charge a reasonable price and you may get rich, but don’t overplay your value, or someone will outsmart you like Bill Gates did.
35mm adapters from your company are good, but not very good imo. Letus is better in picture quality but not so good from a price and mechanical point of view. Probably the Ultimate is mechanically also good, but way to high priced. Now there is the new SGBlade Pro. Very good product, just as reasonable priced as your product, but with a better overall picture quality except for the Sony EX(1,3). I think they need to add an optimizer for the Sonies. Mechanically it has to prove itself yet.
I mean there may be an issue with the spinning disk over time. Time will tell. For now, I think it is the best product on the market if you look at the quality of the packing, the picture it produces and the price.
The Letus relay lens is also a good product, but IMO should have a price tag of around 1000US$.
From a price point of view, look what happened to the price of the Nikon adapter for the EX3.
One guy is accusing the other of “stealing”??????????? Same goes for Letus and SGBlade pro.
Letus is saying that their “ idea “ is in the SGBlade Pro. Did SGBlade outsmarted Letus??????????
