The owner is a solid guy, talked about cameras forever on the phone with me even talked about life & other things. This is solid customer service! When was the last time you had someone just call you up out of the blue just to see how your doing & how your products are holding up. He's got so many new ideas & ways that improve shooting for everyone. To hear someone so excited about his own products in person, gets me amped on my own projects. Just had to throw it out there & tell people because its rare.

Agreed, Tim is awesome! I have the indiSLIDERpro and had two issues with it when trying to use full size 2/3" cameras. He quickly and creatively came up with solutions and for no charge. He is a man of integrity, no doubt.
