I dont' knwo if this is the right forum so mods - move this if it is.
I am looking to rent a lav mike (wireless or not - doesn't matter) in NJ - preferably around jersey city
I only need it for 1 day
What should I expect to pay for such a rental?

You maybe able to find a "lav mike" at certain clubs. I think trewaudio.com rents mics and they are great so look there.

Any decent music store generally has a rental department and will rent out sound gear. I wouldn't expect to pay more than like $10 for just a random lav.

I just said trewaudio because I thought they sent gear out for rental. I have not rented from them just was told they did that. Was just giving a suggestion.

no problem - i need this by friday so even if they sent out, probably woudlnt have time. thanks anyway
