Premier CS3 Transfer Project From XP to Vista

Does anyone know of a way to transfer a complete project including source captures & timelines, essentially all the digital assets managed by CS3, from an XP workstation to Vista?

What I've done is purchase a new i7 Vista system, installed CS3 Premier then tried copying the entire project folder and assets over from XP.

Unfortunately when I open the project it asks to locate each of the source clips even tough they are in the same folder on the new Vista system.

Ive done the same thing, but once I told it where the first file was located it found the rest. These were P2 mxf files, dont know if that matters.
