Anyone NOT use custom presets?

Do any of you basically use default settings (besides 24f/p, and a few gamma tweaks) and just do your color grading and whatnot in post production?

I know I do all my grading in post. shoot bare and well lit.

Shot flat and mess with it later. Far less for me to screw up that way.......

I have three basic settings I hop into on the fly and teak as needed but shooting reality/documentary, I have to get the action so I do the creative part in post, knowing I always have a shot to work with.
