Since im one of the few in the world that is interested in history,
does anyone know the history of the 35mm world?
Like who was the first to come up with a legit one , the current big manufacturers...

I would like to make a timeline.

I could be wrong, but as far as the commercially viable version, I would guess P+S Technik, circa 1999?

I'd like to see it once your are done. A well researched article would be a very interesting read.

I'd say that with the M2 release as the first affordable and marketed adapter there was an explosion in popularity that should be noted.

Currently there are probably three main players in the game: RedRock, Letus and SGpro. There are however several other good adapters out there.

The original leafspring vibrating ground glass holder that sparked the DIY 35mm Adapter frenzy was designed by this feller here.

May want to talk to him.
