Fastest Flash converter for mac

[TMY]

I have been using Flash 8 Video Encoder to convert .mov files to flash, but it seems to taking a long time (3+ hrs for 30 min of video). Are there any other flash converters for mac that can do it faster, or is this a standard time or is there a preferred format/codec to get the best compression an speeds?

OSX 10.4.11
2.16 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo
2GB 667MHz Ram

(It's a macbook)

On2 has a number of encoder packages available to convert/export to Flash. Check 'em out here
