1080 export w/ color correction

My editor is having a hard time exporting 1080 or 720 sequences with color correction filters on all the clips. The footage was shot with a HVX200a and also a sony V1U.

When exporting is SD the footage looks perfect.

But when in HD there is noise and all the clips loose contrast.

We tried almost all exporting options. Nothing seems to work.

Yes, of course.

It is the oddest thing. Whenever I export 720 or 1080 I get a awful picture. SD looks 10x better even if I shrink the size of the 1080 file.

Even when exporting uncompressed.
