This weekend, I will begin editing a short film for the 168 project film festival, (http://www.168project.com/)
And have learned that we will be shooting with a RED ONE.
I edit on an avid media composer system, but have never cut red footage before. I found a guide to the workflow on avids website and know the basics of it.
I would like to get ahold of some raw red files, (.R3D files i guess) to test out the workflow so I can work out any bugs there may be in the workflow.
Would anyone be willing to give me a few of thier .R3D files so that I can figure out this workflow?
I can set up an FTP server that you can upload it to, or we can figure something else out.
If anyone would like to help me out by donating some of thier raw red footage to me so i can figure out the workflow, it would be just great and I will foever be in your debt!
