Cineform Aspect HD quit working with Premiere pro CS4

I have just installed Premiere Pro CS4, and ever since, can no longer use Aspect HD.
I have tried to uninstall, and re-install and no go.

Cineform no longer works.
I -emailed support and they sent me a link to a file that was 2 generations older.
That did not work either.

I e-mailed back and they say they do not yet support CS4?

Just a warning, Cineform does not seem to work with CS4.
 
I'm not sure if this applies to your problem, but a rep from Black-Magic Design told me that Adobe is not supporting third party hardware/software addons until a new patch coming soon.

So untill then, Stick to CS3 untill software support is added in.

If you use no extra hardware/software you should be fine with CS4
 
Ok, They sent me a work around.
I had to unregister 2 files
ad2dsh264.ax and ad2esh264.ax


It is working now....It seems as if Premiere CS4 is trying to do ALL conversions and not allowing any third party apps to do them. By unregistering these two items, it now lets the core pro codec to do the conversion from AVCHD to cineform..which is what I wanted.
