My understanding of PayPal's policy is that by using their service you basically waive your credit card's protections regarding reverse charges for fraud or unshipped merchandise, and put yourself at PayPal's mercy should a dispute arise...

...maybe that's mistaken. I'll re-read and see what they say...
 
There is a user selling basically the same item on ebay by the username flexdolly. He has 100% positive feedback, although his location says Canada so it's probably the same guy. I really want one of these =\
