FCP 6 to AVID?????

I am working on a 24p 720p project in FCP 6, but it looks like I am going to have to revise the project for television on an AVID system. Is it possible to switch systems for the final edit? Any tips/tricks I should be aware of?

Either use an EDL and start from scratch-ish, or use Automatic Duck to ease the pain.

Have you used Auto Duck for something like this? If so was it pretty seamless?

Haven't used it... but check out this page - read up and watch the demos. Honestly, I know people who use it all the time and swear by it since it is the only thing out there, but again, I cannot comment first hand.
