Mimicing a slogan ok?

I know a guy who wants to do a tax commercial that mimics the Geico slogan "...no, but I saved a lot of money on my car insurance." by saying "...no, but I saved a lot of money using my tax return."

Is that possible without getting in trouble with Geico?

Perhaps contact the US Trademark Office, where protected slogans are registered.
