duel monitor problem

Hi guys just got two apple monitors, to run off my macpro. I only have one graphics card, plugged both in and one is brighter than the other. One is a year older than the other. Anyone knows what this could be or if i should be running off seperate cards or how I would calibrate?
 
not sure if you've checked this but, System Preferences>Displays>and than there is a brightness level, and also a calibration walk through i believe.
