Been playing around with my MacBook Pro's look these past few hours and I just wanted to post it up to show it to someone, lol....

lol, funny Chris..... Ok fellas, google for mac icons, or mac icns and find some icons that you like.
When you're all set and ready to start switching up your default icons, open up finder and navigate to your app icon.
Right click on the icon and select "get info"
Now go to where ever you saved your new, cool icon that you found during your google search and copy it (command C). By the way, it should be an .icns file or I think it can also be a .png file.
now go back to your "get info" window that you opened earlier and click on the icon on the top left. It should now highlight blue.
Now paste over it (command v)
It should automatically change to the new icon. This works for most icons but there were some that just wouldn't change over so I got my hands on a program called Candybar, which Macaholic262 asked about. This program is really cool!!!! It makes it so easy to handle icon replacement and dock replacement, notice in my screenshot above that my dock is black and not the default translucent white?

Also, to find some cool icons I would suggest you to start browsing this dude's gallery on the deviant art site. He's who really inspired me to start tooling around. His name is renshawboy. Here, I'll make it easy for ya, here's his GALLERY.
He's a cool guy, I emailed his a few times to ask him some how to questions and he was really helpful.

Ok, so I got my menubar changed to black and figured out how to get the icons on the right side to be white. Now I'm working on getting the text in the menu bar to be white. It's driving me nuts trying to get it white so I'm just going to shut down and come back to it after x-mas.
