Name of film shot only in close ups please?

[indybones]

Hi peeps...

now this is a long shot but a few months ago I was told of a newish film that was pretty much shot all in close ups and x-close ups....I cannot remember the name.

If this rings a bell with anyone can you remember the name please....

Many thanks :dankk2:

Ha! Funny you mention bell. That would be The Diving Bell and the Butterfly.

Thank you Jimpatro :dankk2::dankk2:

[Billy Pilgrim]

I wouldn't say The Diving Bell and the Butterfly is shot entirely in close-ups. Most of it is shot through Bauby's point of view though.

and a GREAT movie

[Billy Pilgrim]

Indeed. One of the best of '07.

i think Good Night And Good Luck is mostly close.

The diving bell is not shot in close-ups outside of his own POV, in fact there are several wide shots. You must be thinking of something else.

Hard Candy is shot mostly tight, I wouldn't say all CU necessarily though.
