How can i create this background for my video?

[Newman]

first check out this clip: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uAcWc8oipBs from :15 to :19 second.

it there a way to create that in after effects? not exactly like that but to have the artist name shining on a animated wall while is dancing. the video will be shot on grenscreen (of course).

Make some 3d layers with your text/graphics/animation on them in bright high contrast colors on a black background.
Use CC ball action plug in to get that LED dots look to the BG elements.
Add trapcode shine or CC light rays and a glow filter for that glowy look
Make a camera and move it around to match the moves in in the forground footage

this should be fun

you could always just buy this, then alter it to what you need..
