Can i get a footcandle reading with a sekonic L-308

Is it possible to get a straight foot candle reading with a Sekonic L-308? regardless of the cameras f-stop or shutter?

My L-508C (C=Cine) reads fc, lamberts & ev. I had bought it years ago when it was the L-508. Sekonic came out with the C version shortly thereafter and upgraded my meter's firmware to C.
You can find them on E-bay, of course.
