Gear stolen, near London, UK

Hi,

Most of my equipment was stolen lastnight from my house in Bourne End, Buckinghamshire (about 30miles out of london, near maidenhead and wycombe)

They took my camera bag (Sony HDR FX1 with beachtek adater, lanc controller, lots of batteries, claper board, Canon compact camera and some other stuff)

and my set of 7 Canon FD lenses for my Sgpro adatper. They left the adapter, mattebox, lighting and steadicam however they did take the TV, two laptops, two cars and my hocus focus prototype.

Please be on the lookout for A blue ford fiesta, Plate ends in CXR and a silver mistubishi estate, plate ends in ZNB.

OUCH ! lets hope the brit. coppers want to investigate. My experience with them isnt the best....

Usually when stuff gets stolen like that it's usually near by. I'd check thru the neighborhood later in the evening and just see what you may find.

That's weird that they didn't take all of the items, but took the prototype. Hmmmm have you had anyone asking questions about your invention near by lately ? Might be a good place to start.



WOoooo and they stole you car too... Well this might be a good thing, now that you can actually track them down with something that's kind of easy to find.
 
The prototype was in a silver flightcase, lined up with all the other ones. They just grabbed it not knowing what was in there....

The area has ANPR (automatic number plate recognition) cameras, and the police put the plates out afew hours after the robbery. The theives know this and they change the plates, sometimes before they have even driven off with the car.

Theres no chance of getting them back.
