Am I being HACKED ????

I was on internet doing my normal routine (gmal, DVXuser, Red, etc...) and then had a funny pop up. I'm on a G5 2gen and have never had this happen. I signed into photobucket and they have this bulk uploader new feature. The bulk uploader allows you to upload straight from you computer without the loading wait and getting rid of the upload 1 by 1 thing. I don't know much about the internet stuff, so maybe it's best that I don' display it. All I know is that it happened a little after that last night and tonight.

Has anyone here experienced this ?

I also own a iPhone 3 G which has a program on it called Discover (wifi). Now my G5 doesn't have wireless, but my internet is running off of the new Comcast built in one modem + router. Not even sure this will help, but thought I'd add it in.

Yea I didn't want to put the IP address, didn't think this would be a good idea.

The message goes something like this

IP CONFIGURATION 192.***.*.* is use by 00:21:**:7d:57:**, DHCP Server 192.***.*.*

It's a netgear all in one modem + router if that helps

.

I wouldn't worry to much run a Anti Virus Scan,

if you have a modern router with firewall enabled and a hardware NAT so long as the AV turns out clean don;t worry.

There is a lot of sites that display things like your IP address, these are harmless scripts that just simply display the IP of the vister, however others can't see this.

If I had just a tenth of his knowledge, Bill Gates would need to watch out!

I'm on a Mac, never really had a need for this. However I really think it's that damn photobucket bulk uploader. I've recently spoke with a comcast rep. she said the samething happen to her mac, so maybe just a bug of some sort.... I hope !!

I have a password on my netgear all in one (router + modem) and that's about it.

A title change may be in order, but Anhar's brilliance isn't confined to computers nor would I think he'd want it perceived that way.

anhar is beyond the level of a custom title, he needs a custom mathematical equation under his name.
