hello all, well I have been waiting since the day receiving my EX1 to mate it up with my Sgpro, today that day came. I only had a little time to do this quick test, but it looks great in native 1080p. just threw it together in FCP, no CC, man It is apparent that I am going to need a TON of light when shooting -3db, though I am getting some clean images! Reminder: this was done FAST, back focus could probably be better, and focus could be more critical. Plus on top of that these lenses are nice, but not nearly as sharp as they could be at say F4-F8, having nearly no light, I shot at wide open full time and some times with some gain. Hope you guys enjoy!

LoL> The bathroom is a popular spot for lens and adapter testing. I've got some footage that looks JUST like that.

hey, good enough light in a pinch, Ill try to get some more stuff done today while I have some sun, though that is till like 4pm, I hate time change, Ill have to start getting up at 5am....

PS, i was very impressed how much better this achro it in so many terms, Build, optical quality, finish, just much better thought out, good job Wayne. It seems for me to get a full frame I dont have to zoom in much at all, right around Z40 is when it is getting close. That seems less because if I remember correctly my DVX need to be at Z70??? i might be totally wrong, but impressive.

I rock out upside down, I prefer it. It just take getting accustomed to it, just got done with some outside footage, wow, amazing, will post it later today, school for now.

I was always so poor for so long that I too forced myself to get used to the inverted inage. Somehow your brain adjusts...now I have a hard time when tracking with a corrected image.

It looks like the vignetting is gone. My footage with the ex1+flip defiantly has more. It's not a zoom problem either because the vignetting follows no matter how far I zoom. I mean it's not bad, in fact most of the time I don't even notice it at all. But there is no doubt it is still there.
