Handheld monitor seen in "The Incredible Hulk"

I was just watching the Incredible Hulk on Blue Ray and I noticed this little handheld monitor the director was holding during one of the Behind The Scenes featurettes. The scene where there in that library. The handheld monitor looked very much like a Sony GVD-1000 which I currently own. The only difference I noticed is that he had an antenna on the left hand side of it. I am guessing it was some sort of wireless device that allowed him to see what the camera was seeing. I haven't seen anything like that on the market at least to work with a Sony GVD1000 MiniDV deck.

Has anyone seen this or know what I am talking about?

On our GVD-1000's, there is a panel on the left side of the device which slides off, where you can install a TV tuner. There are then devices like the Modulus 3000 or Canatrans (both famous in the Steadicam world), which will transmit the signal over standard UHF broadcast channels (if I remember correctly).

Overall, the system is a little expensive, especially the transmitter. I'm sure you can find a cheaper UHF transmitter, but I'm unsure as to the results. Probably the cheapest/easiest solution would be an inexpensive wireless system, gaff'ed to the bottom of the deck, with a small battery.
