help from 16:9 to 4:3

hello

i just finished shooting and by mystery a part have been shoot a 16:9. but i need it in 4:3.
can somebody tell me how to convert it in imovie, vegas or final cut?
it will save me a lot of time.

Just drop it into the 4:3 sequence and then scale it up to 133.33 percent.
