1k tungsten fresnel assembly (coollights.biz)

I received my 1k tungsten fresnel from coollights.biz, no instructions included. The yoke is not attached and I have a bunch of nuts and bolts. Any ideas?

Yeah, it's a bit more clear I still have a question though about where to put the washers. (check your e-mail)
