4 batteries with 2 chargers is a min. i'd like on a shoot.
I would seriously look into 3rd party acc. instead of the red ones.

4 batts and 1 charger works fine, though the second charger is a nicety.

Depends on which 3rd party acc, for EVF mounting, definitely. But the Red rods system is very nice.

If you're going on a shoot where there is absolutely no power at all and you know you're going to be there all day, then 4 batteries will be required. However, if you're on a location where you have power then you can actually get by with two batteries and the charger. We found that once a battery is low and you swap it for a new one, by the time the next one is low the first one has already charged. We tested this on a couple of occasions to see if we could actually get by on two if power was available. Worked no problem.

I also found so far that when out in a remote location I haven't yet been out so long as to actually tap into a third battery. Doesn't mean at some point I won't, but so far just saying.
