Logo comes out of the water

Just made a spot for a local radio station that ends on a shot of a lake. They would like to see their logo emerge from the water. Realistically (or in the ballpark of realism). I can't do that, and neither can my motion graphics guy, and I'm sure the client can't afford it, but they'd like to know how much it would cost. Anybody know? Or know of an effects house that does this kind of work where i could get a quote?

Psunami was made for this type of thing, download the manual (It's in the trail zip file) , and you will see the text examples, just be prepared, it takes time to render, like all good realistic effects do.

Can you post a frame? That makes it a lot easier to estimate how long it would take.

Real Flow can do it. But its not cheap. 4K for it is reasonable.

If you can't find an effects house, I might be able to do it for you/them.
