Are some flicker photos open source?

[triplej96]

I was looking for some simple (not real artistic) photos of buildings to practice matte paintings and camera projection on. Maybe even use one for a opening to a short film.

I read somewhere that some photos on flcker are open source but couldn't really find anything on there with definitive information.

Thanks guys

Josh

You have to look at the license on the photo. Most have all rights reserved. It has to do with the person that took the photo and if they will allow it. If the license does not allow, then you will have to ask the uploaded. The very first option of the Additional Info on Flickr will tell you.
