Ask the allocation guy to make sure he gives Spec-Comm all of their first order so I know I'll get mine around the 24th! :)

Hoping to get out and catch a lot of the Fall color around the Mississippi this year which will be peaking not to long after the cameras start to roll out, usually by the first weekend of October or so.
 
I'd say the chances of Panasonic having to repair more than just a few cameras during the 5 year warranty is very slim. Other then the lens, there's no other moving parts. With solid state electronics, the chance of a failure within the next 5 years is VERY slim.

To me, the 5 year warranty is Panasonic's way of saying, this camera is going to be very reliable for years to come...

In 50 Hz this frame rate can be used in 720 PN mode
12,15,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28, 30,32,34,37,42,45,48,50

in 59.4 mode
12,15,18,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,30,32.34.36,40,44,48,54,60

This is a pre production unit, change might take palce I´m tld.

It can be had from an authorized dealer for less than $4900.
Just search for AVS Julian, I have posted about it before.

He is giving DVXusers a great deal.

Jan, Do you think HMC150's are on a similar timeframe? I've had a pre-order in since August 2nd....

I hope this is not too far from the subject. but I'm waiting for the release of the 64GB P2....anybody have any idea of when we can expect this? I would think it should come maybe together with the release of the HPX170...is that too hopefull?

Igot 2 HVX200A a coupe of months ago....happy with them...I'm set for a while now...but thre'll be a day to get a new one...wonder what will have by then...can only imagine..
