I am in the process of putting together the guidelines for a college film festival.
I came up with these guidelines for "how to submit the films". Do you think I covered everything that is relevant or do I need to change or add something.
Deadline for submissions: Film must arrive at our facility by 10/31/2008 (no late submissions).
Submit film to:
Accepted format to submit your film:
Burn video file (your movie) to a Data-DVD. Don't burn a Video-DVD.
Video file needs to be in quicktime format.
If possible, export your film in the orginal format it was shot in. (Example: If you shot it on miniDV, export it in DV Quicktime format.)
Minimum Resolution: 720x 480
Minimum Frame Rate: 24 fps
Submitted films that are in the wrong format will be rejected. If you are ansure about how to submit your film, send an e-mail to xxxxxxxxx.
