Anyone have any idea how to do or have a link to a tutorial on how to do these 2 popular effects from the Angelina Jolie movie "WANTED".

1. The effect where the bullet blows throw the guys head, then rewinds back and goes back into the assassins gun

2. And how they curved the bullet where it whisked past angelina jolie's head and hit the target behind her.

I know I even got the bullet tutorial, it just seems like it would be a little more intricate though doesn't idk, I dnt know Im just a guy who like for things to be layed clear cut. I kind of got an idea, as always, I just come 2 u guys, for reassurances, and to make sure I'm doing it in the most effective manor.

Dealing with a 3D construct like that, AE won't do it for you.

I believe Andrew K. used C4D in that as well. Basically you need a track in a 3D environment matched with the move in live-action. IE. Matchmoving. Followed with a 3D integration and practical effects.

Not an easy thing to do, nothing a simple tutorial could outline. Basically you need far more than just AE.

Yeah, Matty hit the nail on the head. Something as complex as that shot isn't going to be achieved with After Effects alone. You'll have to create the bullet and its motion in a 3D animator such as Maya, Cinema 4D, Blender, 3D Max, etc. Andrew Kramers built tutorial gives a good basic setup for it on how to create the bullet and animate it in C4D, Blender, or 3D Max. Once you create the bullet, you can import it into After Effects to do the composting, adding your blood effects for the exploding head or whatever. But its still a pretty tough thing to shoot, create, and composite. Good luck to you!
