HELP!! Old timers might know what I mean (photo-real-photo)

Somewhere here a few years ago someone posted a site of a guy who did photoshop work on portraits he took ... usually street scenes or bums... that kind of stuff.

Anyway - his work was amazing painting/treatment of his photos.

Anyone have ANY idea what I'm trying to remember?

Yeah, great guy. Has a very unique way of shooting and editing. I recommend buying his tutorial DVD...full of great advice and high-rez textures. I did BTS for one of his photoshoots for "Protest The Hero" - an indie band that's making their way up. We also worked on one of those 24 hour challenges together. Great guy, but he's been pretty busy running all over the world taking photos.

Joey is a cool guy! He just agreed to be the judge of a student photo contest we're having here in Nong Khai. And his blog says he's going to the Philippines to teach in some rural villages.
