how to: output 720p to 1920x1080p pLS HELP

I need to do the following:

Current: 1280x720p footage need to output to 1920x1080p but edited in 960x720p

when i bring in the 1280x720p to fcp it bumps it to 960x720p automatically how do i change this.

then i need to output my final to 1920x1080p

Do it, create a sequence of 1920x1080p apple pro timeline then re-render or output it in quicktime with settings uncompressed which i do not know.
 
DVCPRO HD to 1080psf 23.98 HDCAM or D5? Render out your show to a self contained QT file and take that to a post facility that has a Kona 3. That will output and cross convert to 1080 on the fly as it outputs. And the quality is good. I have done this many times over the past 2 years. History Channel delivery.

I can give you a list of places in LA that do this.

render out 720p the current frame size, to qt ok, and take hard drive to a post house that will convert to 1080p for Me? does Level 3 post do that
 
I don't know if Level 3 will "stoop" to have FCP...gotta ask them. But Tree Falls Post on the Cahuenga pass has this, as does Alpha Dogs in Burbank, Digital Film Tree in Universal City. Need more?
 
they just got a final cut pro about 2 months ago, they are doing the color correction and online titling. but you say output my 720p to a dvcpro hd tape then a post house will up the frame size in the conversation to D5, thanks Shane you have most helpful, also are you an editor?

and what is the lingo i need to tell the post house, the above.
