Mixing High-Def HV30 Footage With HVX200 Footage In FCP

I'm about to to do a shoot with a Canon HV30 and an HVX200. Client wants it shot in HD. Any advice for me heading into post? I've never worked with the Canon camera before or HDV for that matter. I'm use to P2 workflows with my Panasonic.

Just import it with the setting of HDV instead of DVCproHD and click and drag it to the DVCpro timeline and when t gives you the option to change your settings to work with the timeline hit no if its mostly dvcpro hit yes if its mostly HDV. You will have to render allot.

I could be wrong about this never worked with HDV only DVCpro
