I'd be lying if I didn't also add I kind of want her out of the house. No couple can withstand being around each other 24 hours a day, 7 days a week!

Can we swap wives? My wife is Lazy. Period. It almost seems like I have another child in the house. She's just older and doesn't piss herself. She would have nothing if I didn't give it to her. I feed her, Clothe Her, Put gas in her car, Hell, I bought her car. I just don't see how you can be 31 years old and have nothing. I work 2 jobs and do the film thing on the weekends. Not counting Running my Little Recording studio. This woman can justify not working by making more excuses that I care to even post. Her mother and Father are the same way though, this is all she knows. I went from making $120,000 a year to $50,000. She knows this, and will not help. I just don't see how anyone could take a nap on sinking ship. The kids are the ONLY thing keeping me there. The ONLY thing. :Drogar-Love(DBG):

OH yeah I forgot to mention, the Job she was supposed to start had mandatory overtime so she came back home. (re-read Bold Print)

Sounds like you got some serious problems, man. Don't know what to tell you, but if you're only staying for the kids that's messed up. You need to do a lot more than stop giving her money if your relationship is going to have a chance.
 
Sorry to hear about the tough time you're going through. It'll probably/hopefully just be temporary. I've been blessed to be able to keep my wife home full-time with our kids (just had another one last week... there's no stopping me, ha!). My wife was making good moolah when we got married but my 'side' photography business was able to keep her home. Now that I'm delving into high-def videography I'm hoping to go full time with the photography/videography before too long. I could probably do it now if it weren't for the high cost of getting our own health insurance. Best of luck to your future... and don't feel guilty, I think most households these days are two-income.
 
I'm a newly wed so I don't have much experience. My husband and I both work full time. We are currently trying to buy a home and it's over whelming. We are thinking of getting sencond jobs each just so we can have a nest egg for when I can go on maternity leave, when we are ready for children.

WOW I was about to say the same thing, I'm fortunate to have a hard working wife that is waaaayyyyy too sympathetic to my needs to be an artist. I did make decent money when I was still producing music but HATE dealing with the music scene now that I'm older. I rather be broke and creating than paid and regurgitating.

I'll be prayin for you and your wife Filthrich, I sincerely hope you and her can come to a loving and compasionate resolution, especially with the kids involved :(

Thanks. I had to go back to making music to make some extra income. I hate doing beats for rappers who talk about the same thing over and over. Guns, Drugs, Bling, and a bunch of other Sh!t they don't have. Right now I have to the money though.
