Yes Hollywood Camerawork is outstanding. Now if I could just get around to finishing watching it... : )

I'll throw in another rec for Hollywood Camera Work. The first two discs the camera doesnt even move (ok it moves a little) and the blocking and framing I've learned is mindblowing. 4 more discs to go and I already feel like I got my moneys worth.

I agree about Hollywood Cameraworks dvds, there very informative and they come with a digital dolly file you can use in maya or other animation programs. Shot by Shot can usually be purchased used from any college book store for abut $8 to $10.

I actually have 2 copys of shot by shot hah. I might buy hollywood camera work. Are you sure its not too corny with a guy from the 80's talking about white balance for 4 hours?
