Any opinions on this reel?

You have great motion graphics work, but it is causing the clips to be very small.

It seems you are also a jack of all trades. Show us some scenes, so we can tell your skills. Right now we are seeing a summary, not examples. (until the brief end)

I would hire you in a second to do some graphic design work for me, but it was very hard to tell how good your cinematography was. I would keep the intro, and then keep it straight to clean clips of your work after that, possibly with some titles as transitions between forms.

Not to nitpick too much, but at :59 seconds in it says "color gradin". Not sure if you missed the letter "g" at the end there or if it was supposed to be an apostrophe...:)

On a serious note, I agree with the above posts. Phenomenal looking graphics, but the video clips are too small to really judge in the beginning. The smaller text seemed way too small to make out also. The compression probably didn't help, but I think it would still be difficult to read unless it was on a really big screen. Size is everything!!!

Peace,

So if this was the lead in to a dvd that gave you the option of watching trailers of TV work, short films, promotions, or commercials would that work?

And actually it's the graphical judder that is most effective.
