helicopter chase scene through Philly...

I have unlimited access to a fox news helicopter equipped with a vari cam and stabilizer. how would you go about cheating a chase scene? We obviously dont have the budget to actually bring the helicopter into center city and fly it low but we have a huge port we can shoot the helicopter from and then use the helicopter as a pov in the city. Im not exactly sure how to make this look realistic with the cutting back and forth. Could you get away with a shot that doesnt have the actual helicopter and car in it?
 
man you can get away with anything if you do it right, and especially if you rock it in post. if i were you i would shoot a butt-load and piece together the best stuff, make sure to use the basic movement and angle rules to make it more realistic.

we dont know yet. We have unlimited useage of a helicopter so we are deffinitly going to use it for aerial video over the city. We would really like to do a helicotper chase scene to set us apart from the other groups in the fest. I know it sounds crazy but we can make it work hah. I want to do as little post as possible. I am the DP not the editor so im not sure how much cg we can do in 5 days. Its a 21 day film festival where you have to write shoot edit and distribute in that time frame. Also i should mention that the movie is going to be primarily shot with my HVX200a except for the helicopter shots which will be done with a vari cam.
