pmark23 Veteran Jul 11, 2008 #2 You have to covert the pages to graphic images. I believe the PDF reader can export pages to jpegs.
videomojo Active member Jul 11, 2008 #3 thanks, I'll try that... does the same thing work for MPEGS? I have some animation that's an MPEG, and Vegas won't allow me to drag it into my project. Last edited: Jul 11, 2008

videomojo Active member Jul 12, 2008 #5 yes, it's an MPEG animation I downloaded. by the way, the PDF would not "save as" anything else, so I can't convert it. I'll just dump it. Vegas gives me the "circle with a line through it" symbol when I try to drag the MPEG onto my timeline. Last edited: Jul 12, 2008

David Jimerson Administrator Staff member Jul 12, 2008 #6 Does the PDF fit on your screen? CTRL+ALT+Prt Sc to do a screen capture.
videomojo Active member Jul 14, 2008 #7 David, I can't get the PDF to the screen...same with the MPEG. I'd rather have the MPEG to work with, but what am I doing wrong? Thanks.

Ducatimark Well-known member Jul 21, 2008 #8 I have Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 and pull images out of pdf's all the time. Right click the image and "save as." Not sure if standard Acrobat can do this. Might try some less expensive generic versions of Acrobat and see if they can do it. Mark
