Leaked Alien footage...real?...or a good fake?

I just don't get this widespread conceit that aliens, if out there, must look remotely like humans.

I think they look like this...

...and they're all around us!

I would say fake for sure. Its hard not to think that other life doesn't exist but I know for sure UFOs are real who or what is controlling them if anything that is the question. I worked on a real fast (2 week) gurrelia style doc involving UFOs and I'm currenlty making a digital recreation for a up and coming doc.

Well, sure, a UFO is "real" if it's a flying object and unidentified. But just because you don't know what it is doesn't mean somebody else doesn't.

When I say UFOs I don't mean oh what is that? I don't know what it is so it must be a UFO. I'm talking about project blue book 5% of the crafts in there were considerd UFOs the US govt had no clue what they were. Also credible witnesses including military personnel and govt. employees. Sure their are plenty of horrible hoaxes out there wacks that don't help the field of ufology.

Its sad to see uncredible people get media coverage for example that Jeff guy was on David letterman are you kidding me? He doesn't even have any concrete scientific evidence( a video of a real alien that he can't show yet ,ha). If you are at all curious or interested in this subject I suggest you read up on Dr. J. Allen Hynek, Ted Phillips, and Stanton Friedman.

Hynek also served as a consultant to Steven Speilberg on Close Encounters little trivia for you.

Yeah, but what they concluded was that there just wasn't enough information to make any determinations, and that none of the last unidentifieds showed any evidence of having technological capability beyond what was then current. A lot of the reports that were inconclusive were based on one or a few eyewitness descriptions and little or no physical evidence.

Consider, too, that just because someone's in the military or the government, he/she doesn't know what's going on in every nook and cranny.

I don't discount the possibility of space traveling aliens, though I have yet to see a compelling case for it. Even at that, I have an extremely hard time seeing Earth as the Grand Central Station of the galaxy...

Certainly right about that. I can agree on that but you can't say that for every sighting.

Hnyek became great friends and worked with Ted Phillips (a great friend of mine now).

Hynek
"Hynek's opinions about UFOs began a slow and gradual shift. After examining hundreds of UFO reports over the decades (including some made by credible witnesses, including astronomers, pilots, police officers, and military personnel), Hynek concluded that some reports represented genuine empirical observations"

I personally would never say I "believe" in any of this because its not a religion "faith based" its a science for me and Ted Phililps, Stan, and the late Dr Hynek. I'm by no means a scientist although my dad is but mainly I just help ted document this thing with my video production background.

Also phoenix lights is a very interesting case as well and no they weren't flares :).

To each their own I'm just so facinated with the subject and our universe.

I definitly believe in life outside of Earth, if for no other reason than I don't want to have a big head and think we are the only life in the great (and ever intriguing) expanse that is the universe.

Well, if you use the Drake Equation:

N = R* x fp x ne x fl x fi x fc x L

and using THE most upto date values available:

N = (7 × 0.5 × 2 × 0.33 × 0.01 × 0.01 × 10000) = 2.3

2.3 thats how many possible civilizations are "out there", since we are one of them its actually 1.3...

I was just about to post that. Beat me to it.

Same here Blaine but their are a few compelling cases that no doubt show some sort of intelligent control that have been scientifically investigated.

Just from personal experience, I can say there is more than just "Life" as we know it. While I can't say I have seen an Extra Terrestrial being, I have experienced the supernatural. That right there will make you think differently about life, death, God and Devil. So, if that is possible, why not Aliens, Big Foot, Loch Ness, and Elvis working at a KFC in Des Moines?

Ah yes the "teapot" argument

Simple because of two reasons:

(a) Falsification positive.
(b) No casual consequence.

Were as the any supernatural entity is the exact opposite to the above.

Absolutly. I have been around too many supernatural events to be a total nonbeliever in the possibility that things are out there.

Not sure I follow you, I have never heard of the Teapot argument... mostly because I am a coffee guy I guess.

Wow...come to think of it, I had few supernatural experiences too! I found myself out of breath, sweating, heart just about beating out of my chest...things were flying all around the room and there was a strange sweet smell in the air....it was WILD......and as fast as it started, it ended...once I let her shower & showed her the door!
