Is there a way to use the VR on the Nikkors?

There would have to be a special mount with contacts and power and control points. That would be very specific and i think extremely difficult to produce. So basically, no. Autofocus and VR are features that will not come for 35mm adapters anytime soon. Maybe at the price range of the P&S Technic but even then, you probably need to license it from Nikon.
 
This just a guess but I'm not sure if the image-stabilization that the Nikon lenses use is the kind you would want for video. It's designed to get great still images whereas the image stablization in the HVX is designed for getting steady video. Even if you could get the Nikon VR lenses to work on a video camera they may not give you the results you want.
