how to exprot a video to burn it to DVD Later?

my DVD drive i broken on my computer and i need to burn a video im done with so how would you export the video so i can put in on a jump drive and put it on my mac and burn it. every way iv tried so far seems like i allways lose quality.
 
If you have Premiere and Encore CS3, go to File-> Export to Encore...

Burn with or without menu's up to you, when you go to burn the disc, thus

File->Build, then select "folder", that will make the DVD contents for you in the folder of your choice, copy the contents of the folder to your mac, and burn the DVD .
