capture with fcp for use in premiere cs3 on pc?

i shot a tape on a canon a1 for a guy and he uses premiere pro cs3 on pc. i'm on a mac using fcp. whats the best way tha i can capture the 24f tape in final cut so that i can send him the files and be able to work on his pc? thanks!
